Couch potato :怠け者や多くの時間をソファで過ごすのが好きな人のこと
A: Morinosuke just watches TV and eats snacks all day!
(もりのすけは1日中ただお菓子をたべながらテレビを観ているよ!)
B: He is a real couch potato, isn't he?
(彼は本当に怠け者だよね)
Fit as a Fiddle:Fiddleはバイオリンという意味ですが、「fit as a fiddle」でとても健康的で体調が良いことを表します。
A: I had a health check up yesterday, the doctor said I’m as fit as a fiddle!
(昨日健康診断を受けたんです、お医者さんにとても健康だと言われました!)
B: Good to hear that, Kaito. Your hard work at the gym is paying off.
(それは良かったね、カイトさん。ジムで一生懸命頑張ったかいがありますね)

Couch potato A lazy person or someone who likes to spend a lot of time sitting on a couch.

B: He is a real couch potato, isn't he?
Fit as a Fiddle A fiddle is another word for a violin. If you’re “fit as a fiddle”, you’re in very good health and in good shape.
A: I had a health check up yesterday, the doctor said I’m as fit as a fiddle!
