「catch up on」ってどういう意味？ - 遅れを取り戻す【ビジネス英会話】

今週のビジネス英会話では「Catch up on ...」をご紹介します。

意味は、最近時間が無くてできなかったことをやる/ 遅れを取り戻すことを意味します。

例えば、

I’ve had lots of zoom business meetings, preparing and giving presentations in the last few weeks. I really need to catch up on my online MBA studies.
(私はここ数週間、zoomでのビジネス会議やプレゼンの準備、実施がとても多かったです。そのため本当にオンラインMBA学習の遅れを取り戻さなくてはいけません。)

Our Bizspeak this week is “Catch up on (......)” It means to do something you haven’t had time to do lately. For example, I’ve had lots of zoom business meetings, preparing and giving presentations in the last few weeks. I really need to catch up on my online MBA studies.
