英語での会話の終わりに使えるフレーズ - Sounds good, I’ll see you then.【日常英会話】

先週西新校で、「Directions」のレッスンをしました。

もちろん生徒さんたちはとても頑張ってくれましたが、一つだけ気になったことは、会話の終わり方です。

Let’s meet at 19:00 outside the restaurant.
(19時にレストランの外で待ち合わせしましょう。)

Okay.
(オッケー)

.......... (沈黙)

終わり方としていくつかこのような言い方ができます。

Sounds good, I’ll see you then.
(いいね！また後でね。)

Great, I’m looking forward to it.
(いいね！楽しみだよ。)

19:00 it is then, see you on Friday.
(19時ね、じゃあ金曜日に！)

Cool, catch you on Friday then.
(オッケー！金曜にね。)

これらはカジュアルな会話に使われます。

Last week in the Nishijin school I taught the “ Directions” class. Of course all my guys did a great job but the one thing they weren’t so hot at was ending the conversation.

Here is an example..

“Let’s meet at 19:00 outside the restaurant.”

“Okay.”

…...silence.

Here a few ways you could end a conversation like that.

“Sounds good, I’ll see you then.”

“Great, I’m looking forward to it.”

“19:00 it is then, see you on Friday.”

“Cool, catch you on Friday then.”

These are all phrases for casual conversation, hope they come in handy.
